Dr. Erich Randolph Named New President of Atlanta Medical Association Dr. Erich G. Randolph, currently of Atlanta Oncology Associates (AOA), will serve as new president of the Atlanta Medical Association (AMA).
“I’m honored by the opportunity the position presents, and I look forward to working with AMA to protect the collected interests of its patients,” Randolph said.
Atlanta Oncology Associates President and CEO, Dr. Dale L. McCord, has worked with Dr. Randolph since 1985.
“I expect that he will continue to serve the people of Atlanta through his new position with the same resolve he’s demonstrated for over twenty years with AOA,” McCord said.
Dr. Randolph is board certified in radiation oncology, specializing in the treatment of breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers. He also is a member of the American Cancer Society, the Medical Association of Atlanta, and the National Medical Association.
The Atlanta Medical Association is the nation’s oldest African American physician organization. Randolph currently serves on AMA’s Budget Committee.
