Alpharetta Cancer Treatment Center’s Expansion Efforts Blocked by Northside Hospital

Atlanta Oncology Associates, one of the largest radiation treatment groups in the Southeast, has recently been featured three times in the major media regarding their efforts to expand their Alpharetta Cancer Center.

AOA wants to expand their Alpharetta Cancer Center and offer convenient, quality care to North Fulton’s residents, but have been blocked by Northside Hospital.

AOA and Dr. Dale McCord, president and CEO, were featured in a news story on WSB-TV on June 14, the July 6-12 issue of the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and the July 5 issue of the Alpharetta Revue,

“We need North Fulton’s cancer patients to be heard, and we are thankful to the media for giving them a voice,” said Dr. McCord.

Atlanta Oncology Associates has specialized in the treatment of cancer patients since 1972 by utilizing their radiation and medical oncology facilities around Metro Atlanta.
